The very friendly employees, that is more than enough for a business to be good and on the other hand, the variety of fresh and tasty products that you get in this store, thank you for your services.
Considering that this was at WestFarms Mall, it filled a necessary need, which was to get a coffee. The service was okay, which is saying something, as this D&D gets really slammed on the weekends. Prices were higher than normal, but I think that's directly due to the location itself (high rent equals high prices in order to keep the same cost margins).
We ran in to grab a coffee and Bagel cheddar twist and the customer service was great. Received EXACTLY what we asked for, the coffees were perfect and the place was clean. The men working kept the line to a couple people. I watched as the people came in and one after the other they employees got them in and out. They were Working fast and knew what they were doing!
