I always go here and it’s always a hit or miss with the drinks. Either they make it just right or make it completely wrong and get mad when asked to re make it.

There’s a new guy in charge of cleaning here, and the difference is very noticeable! The place, which was already good, is now even cleaner, more organized, and well taken care of. He’s very fast and does an excellent job — you can really see his dedication. My family and I come here often because it’s close to home, and ever since he started, the environment has improved a lot. Great work!

Guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful and didn't give me a hard time about the extra change I was short. Very unexpected because it was a specialty donut that I was ordering and every other dunkin' donuts especially in Hartford give me a hard time about this and want to charge me to the penny way more than just the dollar six! And they seem to care when it's the only thing I'm ordering even though the money doesn't go in their pocket, it goes in DD's pocket! So, they should be thanking me because all they're doing is just putting a pre-made donut in a bag and handing it to me. I'm the one who's scanning my card and doing all the work. While having to wait in line for them to make everybody's coffees

Lydia is quite hostile and rolled her eyes the moment we came to the register getting defensive because we talk quick to place an order. That was the first strike/red flag but then, she got an attitude when I defended myself in placing my order and talking over us. Then she threw the receipt on the counter because me and my friend were talking about how rude she was out loud to each other. She kept ignoring our request and decided to talk about us to another customer and another employee in Spanish but we quite understand Spanish. Then, when our order was burnt Rob replaced it with a lot of respect to keep the calm. She then, proceeded to clean the windows with the same dirty rag as the tables and another customer asked her a question and she stomped her feet at the customer. I don’t understand why she works there if she isn’t happy but we spend money there far too often than to be disrespected for no reason. She can play victim all she wants but she should be more friendly.

This place was once smoothly operated now everytime I go in there is someone new making the food constantly getting order wrong and forgetting something, making the simple trip for some coffee and bagel a nightmare. Very unsatisfied with the work ethic exluding the workers that are there daily

Awful stuck up workers touching their noses and going on with their business. Always order 15 mins before when I come I have to wait another 10 mins on top of that I always got to remind them my donuts overall most of the time not just once, the. I like some people some are good then, sometimes they smudge the croissant half of it needs to go, you as a location have lost value.
