East-West Grille used to be a brick and mortar; they're now a food truck. They serve Thai and Laotion food. The first time I've seen them was at Gastro Park in West Hartford. They pulled up in the early afternoon. I had just ordered at another food truck but had to try them out also. The menu had a mix of different types of Asian food; from egg rolls, dumplings, papaya salad, pad Thai, Laotion fried rice, and boba tea to name a few.
