Ichiro Hibachi & Sushi

Came here to pickup an order on July 29th around 2pm. whoever was the guy in the front desk, I believe his name was jimmy or whatever, he was very rude and I believe I experienced a bit of discrimination. I use to want to actually eat here, but not anymore, not when they have service like that.

It was a very unpleasant experience at the hibachi grill. The chef wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Barely even talked or entertained. When the chef left after cleaning the grill the cleaner came in and poured lemon juice on the grill which created we a pungent steam while we were eating. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend this place at all. If you are a vegetarian or vegan try avoiding this place at any cost.

I ordered hibachi with a salad, and I found a woman’s tip nail in the salad after I ate most of it… Needless to say, I won’t be eating here or ordering from here again!!

9.3 For sure. This place destroyed our expectations. The sushi came out on a boat and they have a special Godzilla roll that is out of this world. The environment might not be as cool as bar taco or mecha but the food is the most important part of a restaraunt and damn you guys killed it. Best sushi I’ve ever had. Would be a ten if you add some pizzazz to the atmosphere. Food on fire!

I come here all the time to get the lunch specials to go or dine in for dinner. Quick service and the staff is very friendly. Hannah is always wonderful, always checking in on our table. Jimmy is also amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food is always fresh and tasty. I will keep coming back.

Food is good but management need to be rehired lady name Alice said she was manager had the worst attitude speaking with me about an issue with was me having a long wait time .. very nasty and snappy talking to me as a customer.for a small person in size she is very rude and do not need to me manger of any establishment

Alice needs to fired!!!! She’s absolutely unprofessional and for her to be the manager she definitely needs to get some customer service training!!! One of the worst experiences I’m not sure if they were unstaffed or what but my family and I didn’t deserve the treatment we experienced we sat and waited over an hour and didn’t get service! Salad wasn’t fresh and soup had no flavor and was cold I definitely wouldn’t recommend or be returning!
