“This review is for the Danbury Location. I have been going there 5-6 days a week for past 5 +/- months. I had a routine. Order on the App. Coffee protein drink and either a wrap or salad. Always greeted with a smile and thank you when I walked in. The price was good for Always having consistant quality with the drink and food. Made the way I wanted it. Fresh, never wilted lettuce and ingredients. I knew what I was getting and always the same. I stopped going to other places around area because I was sick and tired of my 1/2hr lunch break eating garbage, never made the way I ordered it, or getting the wrong order in bag. Unfortunately, my job is over in the area and I don’t live anywhere near there. So I just wanted to say Thank You, we had a good run……“

“The tea are good with many flavor options however the menu doesn’t specify if the milk tea or milk caps are non dairy even though the associates say so. The apps also doesn’t give users much customization options.“

I know they can’t help it because it’s food and the front door keeps getting opened so it’s tough to keep the flies away but other than that , great experience I had to even ask the guy to cover my food while he waited on my friends because there was too many flies. Second, my toddler had some trouble with keeping the chips in his dish. We asked if there was something we could use to help clean up, and they told us not to worry.
Third, one of the other customers seemed to misunderstand the menu and asked for some staff assistance. They explained the situation with great patience and handled the customer expertly!
