Service was excellent as well as the hospitality... we didn't eat a lot of variety; the four of us had cherrytones and shrimp to start and three of us had paella and i had the Asian hot pot... all was excellent and cant wait to come back and try more variety....
Food was fantastic but the wait to get it was very very long. We sat near the door and saw people leaving who came in after us ! I feel like something must have happened to our order in the kitchen but the server didn't say anything to inform us about the delay. It's also super loud so prepare to scream at those sitting at your table !
Max’s Oyster Bar is a true gem! The oysters are fresh and perfectly prepared, the seafood dishes are creative and flavorful, and the service is consistently excellent.
