This is a classic Panera, good food choices, fast service and very clean. Would definitely eat here again.

Did order for pick up for the first time on a Friday afternoon and was very disappointed in service and preparation. I ordered it around 10 for pick up at 1120. I ordered two pick 2's, a box of cookies and a scone. What we got was 2 sandwiches, 2 soups and a baguette. Missing the fruit cup I paid extra for, cookies and scone. Thankfully we don't live too far so I called and said hey we're missing half the order and told the person each respective item missing. The woman says she's looking right at them and a manager will give them to us. So my sister thankfully agrees to go back to get the food that should have been placed in the bag the first time. Manager basically tossed my sister the bag and walked away- no sorry for the trouble, thanks for coming back to our restaurant b/c we did a half-ass job of packing your food, have a bag of chips on us for your drive and gas. Then to top it off they Missed the fruit cup again! Seriously?!? So now our food is cold, I'm missing my fruit cup and I'm out the $1 extra I paid for it. I tried calling back but they never picked up. Will not be doing order to go from the West Hartford Panera again.

Ordered and paid for a brownie with my meal and the brownie was not in the bag, didn't check until I got home but it's too far to go back for the brownie now for it to be worth the trip

At least when I used to go here, they would mess up orders (like, 5 orders consecutively). Not be able to explain how to use the kiosks. Poor quality food at times. Would forget to include extra bread when I had already paid for it. Many years ago, the ownership, when seems not present on site in my own humble opinion as a 10+ customer of this establishment, sent me a gift card for my troubles for which I was thankful for after making a very calm, cool, and collected complaint to them. The bakers? Great. Everyone else including the hard-working register workers and food preparers? Possibly great, but at least a few select of them, could use some better training in customer service skills, in which is a great option for continuously improving one's store, as one is skilled in Project Management.
Everyone was so kind and really appreciated the attentiveness from the staff all around

Gave it one more chance, completely disappointed. Ordered the fuji apple chicken salad. Which used to be amazing, now its barely edible. The chicken was wet and looked old and just tasted gross.

Parking: The Bishop's corner area is often busy, but there's parking available once you get in the lot.
