I drove from other side of West Hartford and arrived at 3.20 pm. But it was closed and they told me they are closed for break. However the work hours on the windows and Google does not match with what the waiter said that there is break hour.Never coming back to this place again! And she was rude and saying that.

Such a great place to eat! I’ve gone there countless times, and have also gotten takeout/door dash. Their white and green curry is the best I’ve ever had, and other friends stand by this as well. Their pad Thai lunch specials make appetizers and drinks super affordable, so be sure to take advantage when you can. I love love love Prai.

Drunken noodles are soo bland. They have absolutely no flavor. You’re way better off going to elephant trail. Which actually has amazing flavor in their drunken noodles. What a disappointment.

Ordered take out and was given the wrong order without realizing it. On way home I got a text from an uber driver who had my order. Apparently the restaurant gave him my number so the uber driver now had my private information. Not cool. Very unprofessional, and could lead to a scam. When I called the restaurant to complain they were very rude. Stay away!

I’m not even joking when I say this might be the best Thai restaurant in Connecticut. The food is literally amazing and the staff are just so wonderful to make you feel at home. The atmosphere has an industrial but cozy feel definitely come here.

Absolutely phenomenal food. I always have a great meal. Noodles are delicious on their own and prai really crushes. It's one of our go to spots in West Hartford.

Ordered Thai Dumplings and Calamari for takeout. Got there within 15 min of placing the order.Dumplings were SO dry I had to bite down hard on them.Calamari, overcooked and soggy. My food was 0/10 but it was ready quickly and the lady was nice.
Everything I tried was delicious. Very kind servers. Looking forward to going back and trying more food. The fried crab appetizer was delish and the roti with curry sauce was very tasty.

The spicy lemongrass soup was amazing, very good dumplings, great brussel sprouts, and delicious curries. The Pad See Ew was bland.
Very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. We ordered a noodle dish with vegetables expected the typical celery/carrot/onion combo, but there was asparagus, zucchini, greens, etc. Will definitely be returning to try more!

Masssaman Curry ordered with tofu. Tofu not fried, just cut off the block and placed into a curry...along with two pieces of potato and a single carrot chunk. Should've listen to my friend when he said the place was smehh. Gave 'em a chance. Regret that.

Ordered takeout and was thoroughly impressed with everything! Had the green curry, red curry, basil fried rice and the rice soup. All items were extremely flavorful with a very rich, thick curry sauce with both the red and green curries. And the portions were excellent for the price! Definitely would recommend and looking forward to trying other items on their menu
