My milkshake was melted, my food order was cold and wrong, and it sat on the shelf in the kitchen for fifteen minutes before i asked them to hunt it down even though i was waiting there the whole time never notified it was ready. When I saw the order was old, cold, ands melted and asked them to remake it, the kitchen staff was very curt but did it, however the border was wrong and I had to go back to the counter again. It was supposed to be a double but was made as a single....

Went there for a big order of a pickup order was not ready. I had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before it was ready and food was ordered 15 to 20 minutes before. I got there overall, clean environment, very comfortable seating stools moves the whole line clean environment

Parking: So if you look on your Google Maps, the store is not actually located at the right end side of the mall complex. It is all the way on the left towards West Hartford, not towards...

My first time having lunch here, I asked a young lady if our order could be placed at the register and the young lady blew her top, spun around and walked away.

Young people just want their paycheck, they care nothing about customer service nor the customers. When I was a young person if I acted that way I would've been fired on the spot.

Definitely not going back there.
