Food was tasty and affordable! Great Service, highly reccomended for a casual night out
I am a musician and my guitarist and I performed here this weekend. I have played over 300 shows in my lifetime and I have absolutely never had such a bad experience. Our shows are usually filled with positivity and joy so it was a bit of a shock. I don’t mean this in any way to brag- but Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie gave me a golden ticket to Hollywood on American Idol and it’s one of my proudest moments. I didn’t think my looks would be criticized at a pub, because I’m a singer not a model. The owner insults my looks before AND after the show, implying that I looked disappointing in person in comparison to my photos- I can't even make this up. I walked into the venue and as I was setting up, he told me I’m not as pretty as my photos. We received praise from many there on our set, so no, he’s not being honest when he speaks of other people’s feedback. He called me ugly the second that we started setting up (not kidding)
As I said, I’m not a model, I'm a singer (and a not bad looking one at that either, I am a 26 year old well presented and neat female). It was such an upsetting and bewildering experience. The crowd was so kind to us and I can't believe that jerk has a single friend or customer. YUCK. **Edit:
Here's an email after show from the owner, continuing to degrade my looks. The photo that I sent him that he's referring to, is my album art- so ofc I was all dressed up. Is this who you want to give business too?
We got take out of the shrimp and grits and the philly cheesesteak and it was the most disgusting and unappetizing food ever. the shrimp and grits costed $24 and gave a very small portion size it was also very dry and the smallest shrimp. the philly cheesesteak was also really small and the fries came absolutely soggy and unseasoned we had to cook the fries ourselfs which is not what you should do for a takeout. When we went in to pick up the order it was dead silent and that should had given us a sign. Overall it was not worth the $50 I paid for best it would be $30 something.

Small intimate restaurant, good smoked food...especially the wings; good drinks and good service.

Food was bland. Atmosphere seemed like it was thrown together with scraps of things. Place was dead quiet. Barely anyone there. Owner is an old man who hit on my 21 year old friend. Steer clear.

I love this restaurant so much! It’s a local spot near where I live but the menu is very good and eclectic. The staff and owner are also great people. I highly recommend!

Another awesome drum and bass night! Never ate here but been to a few of these now and they are crazy fun. They had an MC all the way from Germany. Super cool.

A nice, quaint smokehouse and bar nestled in West Hartford, Connecticut. The ambiance is casual, relaxed, and has a great vibe. They have a pretty nicely decorated outdoor seating area. The bartender, Jennifer, was very nice, and the owner, Rich, is amazing and kind. I ordered the brisket sandwich, which was ok, but the Negronis were spectacular. I’ll be back to give the food another try—certainly for the good vibes. ??

The place was lit, had a salad and some beers plus there was a music show that blew the roof off the place. 10/10

Didn't eat in but attended a late night DJ event here, so can't speak to the quality of the food. Wait/bar staff was top notch though.

Was out riding around looking for something to eat. Had a taste for some ribs so I decided to Google a place that sells ribs. Then it came up on my phone smoke public House. This was my first time entering this establishment and to my surprise I had ribs salad cornbread and potatoes and that was excellent I told the owner that I will be back. So as always good to try something new. To the owner keep up the good work

Corned beef Reuben was flavorless and soggy. Bottomless mimosas were limited to 50 minutes with no notice. Staff is very nice,
