Everything was great the food the drink and the ambiance overall I had a great experience the food was delicious and the drinks the prices was very affordable so I would say yes I will return back and also let people know too. Thank you I had a great bday experience

This experience was pretty good. The food was good. Just pricey. The vibes were there. Our waiter was pretty nice.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The servicer/ waitress lack personality. Was not warm or friendly. The food was not hot. The taste was just ok. We visited back in February of this year and it was chaotic due to there was only 1 person waitressing but the food was very good and hot, drinks, desserts very good.

Everything was Great! I was in town visiting from Texas I love this place it reminded of home and the Entertainment was Amazing i was there on November 13th with Friends. Food was Great! Hot & Swift my next visit to Connecticut i will Diffently be revisiting this Restaurant.

The Russell was a good as expected. If you want to experience Jamaican cuisine this is the place to go!

Great service , nice to see this change! Keep it up. Kelly, the host, was professional, customer focused and help me bring my large party together. Our waitress was also excellent, she was attentive and took care of us. We had a great time.

The restaurant was solid the food did not blow me away. The jerk chicken nachos needed guacamole, and sour cream they were dry. The waitress at the bar was extremely pleasant however the drinks didn't hit the mark. Cadillac margaritas is a complicated drink that needs to be mastered to perfection. Russell the owner was warm and easy to speak with. I love that the restaurant is Black owned, we will visit again. Thank you for a great time.

Overall I like the Russell. I ordered the calamari, it was almost cold and had more peppers than calamari, but the flavor was good. I also ordered the yucca fries but they needed some Jamaican love. The best thing on the table was the pasta which was hot and flavorful. The atmosphere was elegant, classy and casual at the same time. The wait staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We were greeted upon arrival by the hostess - this was the icing on the cake.

The Russell is def your go to spot for good Jamaican cuisine and a grown vibe. Their food and drinks is served instagramable but tastes just as good as it looks. They have cute back drops for all your pictures. Staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and in a nice area downtown. Make the Russell your girls night spot or bring your date here !

The food was delicious, atmosphere very nice. Reminded me of an old speak easy. The waitress was great. I gave her a 3 because I ordered the Jerk Chicken and she served me the Fried Chicken. I didn't send it back because it was delicious. Crispy breading and very flavorful. Drinks are delicious. Great place to go with some friends.

Had a good time. Rum punch tower was good and left us with a good buzz. Food was good. Would come back for brunch again!
