There are so many newfangled burger joints nowadays, and finding one that's really worth it can be a challenge. Wayback burgers here on New Britain Avenue is one of the worthy ones. From the time you step in you can tell it's a real hamburger place like in the old days. I was immediately greeted with a smile from the lead person behind the counter. He gave me ample time to peruse the menu, and he offered a suggestion or two. I ended up getting a classic burger with all the fixins, and a nice pile of french fries. The burger was near perfectly cooked and I enjoyed all the essentials dripping out from the sides of the bun. The fries were a little bit stiff, but long and slender, and the portion was large. I sat down, ate and watched the workers all Hovered over their stations like busy Burger bees. I will certainly return to wayback when my appetite calls for it. One should not hesitate to visit, it's easy to find right on the corner of New Britain avenue and South main Street, W. Ffd, right next to Dunkin' donuts. And don't forget to bring your old fashioned hamburger appetite!!

Had the food delivered. The order was made wrong. I had THE WORST customer service from the location and they offered no remedy from anyone there and the 'manager on duty' was not on duty! I could go on and on but it'll only make me get hot again. Even contacted corporate via their website with full description and photos! Never heard a peep.
