A little salt and pepper would go along way here. Zero seasoning on their burgers and I asked for honey mustard on their chicken sandwich and didn't get any. Chili cheese fries had a weird tang to them.

Have you ever gotten food from somewhere and it’s sooo good, then you get it again and it’s blehhhh, that has NEVERRRRR happened to me here, I can’t vouch for all locations but this one is always consistently good, food is hot and always made correctly. And it’s GREATLYYYY appreciateddd. Love them down!!!

Really need to reevaluate how you guys treat customers . I’ve lived around the corner and been coming to this wayback location for about 13 years . There’s been a change clearly in staffing/ownership and the new people who have been here have completely changed the vibe of this location for the last few years . Been there several times and always turned off by them but this last time was the final time . All I did was request sauce on the side with my pick up order which I’ve been doing for years and have no problem paying extra for . When I asked for the condiments they looked at me crazy, started whispering about me and reviewing my order ticket as if I already ordered one which I didn’t they didn’t properly read my special modification ( light bbq sauce on my burger ). They proceeded to ask my friend sarcastically if she wanted sauce on the side while she was ordering … Either way I’ve been coming here for years and ordering sauce for my fries without issue if I had to pay for it you guys can say that but the weird passive aggressive energy these workers display makes me not even want to come back to this place . Other WAYBACK locations are not the same.

I don't go to Wayback on a regular basis, I tend to visit for limited time only specials or new menu items. However, when I do go, the customer service is always incredible regardless of who i interact with. Several days ago I met an employee named Fizza and her service was exceptional. She answered some questions I had regarding a reward patiently and thoughtfully, took my order efficiently, and most importantly was extremely friendly and put a smile on my face. When I complimented her on all this, she was very humble and said that comment made her day. Her appreciation of the compliment was equal to my gratitude toward her because she also made my day. Thank you so much Fizza for going above and beyond, your stellar people skills will not be forgotten. I very much look forward to hopefully seeing you the next time I visit!
