I have been a patient of this practice (more like a customer) since 2014 and my last appointment was two weeks ago for a renewal of my medical cannabis card. Specifically, I did telehealth. Avoid them.The practice asked me to pay prior to the appointment which would have been fine but, after getting renewed, the office mispelled my last name on my application. Been going here for my MMP card 4 years now and smooth sailing every time all the way through for the most part. I don’t know why all the complaints because every doctors office has rude staff every now and then. I also had a mishap with my address at one point and got it fixed asap through my dispensary. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars. Only complaint I have is the renewal fee increases:/
