Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant in West. Haven Connecticut? I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to order Chipotle. The customer service is horrible.From the manager on down to the staff. The gentleman who was waiting on us who prepared our bowls. In a tortilla, he was awesome. But the manager, the cashier and everyone else was totally unfriendly. They tried to charge me extra for one portion, they tried to charge me $32 for a tortilla and 1 bowl. The prices that they charge is horrendous Chipotle need to be ashamed of their cells, especially they need to train they managers. They need to train their staff, and they also need to train their cash years I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do not go to Chipotle in West Haven. I. Repeat, do not go to Chipotle in West Haven Connecticut.

There were 2 worker’s. Went there around 3:40pm. One was one putting together orders. It was slow and they had no gloves. The guy who seemed to be the manager and who was on the line making orders was kind and speaking Spanish to the customers before us, but when he served us his whole mood changed. He had an attitude and got mad that I was getting 2 bowls, that I wanted bean and that i was determining what I wanted. He seemed frustrated and condescending telling us that their items were extra, when everyone knows the guac and other things are extra. He gave us no receipt and walked away as we tried to sell for one. My food was so butter I opted out of eating it. ThiS is why I take the extra drive to the Milford location

Constantly messing up orders, not putting everything in a burrito bowl, forgetting the chicken is ridiculous.The rice is often dried and old like it's been left out, and the fajita veggies have been served to me completely raw. Raw onion and peppers are awful, just lack of quality control.Customer service response is abysmally, little to no care or contact. Trying to get an order corrected will send you down a rabbit hole of robot voices.Just go to Moe's on post road and skip this mistake of a "resturant".

Well maintained store. Service is very slow. Though they have staff present, they do not want to attend customers. Had to wait for at least 15min to get my food. Staff who was at the counter was friendly and sweet. They are not so busy. Parking is not an issue, they have ample space.

No napkins!! Not the first time !!There were none at the dispenser . I asked at the register for some napkins the person behind the counter said we got none, there was a pile right in front of her. She finally gave me some. But the time I left someone had refilled the napkin dispensers. This person didn’t care enough to make sure I had napkins with my lunch, my sometimes sloppy burrito Mexican lunch.

I recently visited what I can only describe as the epitome of disappointment: the worst Chipotle ever. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with lackluster service and an ambiance that screamed “get in, get out.” The food, if you can call it that, was a sad excuse for Mexican cuisine. The ingredients seemed as though they had been sitting out for hours, lacking any semblance of freshness or flavor. And don’t even get me started on the toppings—or rather, the lack thereof. It’s as if they had a secret pact to run out of everything by evening, leaving customers with bare burritos and bowls. Needless to say, this will be my last visit. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for a more reliable dining experience elsewhere.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS!!!I really tried to give this place a chance, I've been a customer for approx 2 years but they have proven to leave a lot to be desired. In store the restaurant seating area is always dirty. On several occasions they have been out of food items. When ordering "online for pick up" you are not notified that an item is out. I ordered a fountain lemonade only to find the machine in store, empty. On one occasion an employee refilled the machine while I waited, on another occasion they offered a bottled lemonade. When I expressed that the bottle was not the same fluid oz as what I paid for I was met with annoyance and attitude. I requested a refund and the manager seemed as if I was disturbing him to have to provide it. The customer service has always been terrible, but I can get past that. When ordering for delivery, on several occasions items are missing. Chipotle's first step in handling this is a bot which offers a free item-while not ideal, it is something. Unfortunately sometimes this item does not show up in your account for use. Finally, my last order (because I refuse to spend another dime at Chipotle) had 2 items missing. I contacted customer service and requested a refund (on 01/13) I also requested an email stating that I would receive a refund because the customer service rep, in keeping with the Chipotle theme, was rude and I honestly did not trust him to process my request even though he said he would. As of 01/25, I have not received either. On that same day I contacted the restaurant to speak to the manager in which an employee decided to gate keep and not pass along the call, insisting she could help me herself. She proceeded to blame the delivery driver, stating they did not grab the 2nd bag. I explained my bag ticket said "1 of 1" why would anyone look for a bag 2? She then stated she forgot to put the item in the bag (bag 1) and since it was sealed she added an additional bag with the 2 items. But continued on to say "the driver should've asked if this was the complete order" when grabbing the first bag. I reiterated-why would they ask for a bag 2 if the ticket says "1 of 1" and they have the 1? She then said I could come to the store and get my item which defeated the purpose of ordering and paying for delivery. As her attitude and voice escalated, I asked for the manager again to which she said he was busy. I advised I was willing and would like to hold and she laughed and said "ok" and instead of putting me on hold, she hung up. As I was only able to get to an employee in the store via 800 customer service transfer I contacted customer service again and was met with the first professional employee in all my encounters with Chipotle and she sent out a request via email (which I did receive) for the district or regional manager to contact me. Again, this was 01/13 and as of 01/24 they have made no contact. As a last resort I will dispute that portion of the charge with my credit card company. Needless to say I will not spend any money with Chipotle going forward and I advise they do better!UPDATE 01/25: I just received an email (about 15 minutes after leaving my review) from CS stating they would reach out to the district/regional manager again and they provided a partial refund ($2 difference)

This chipotle is horrible. I’ve given it a few chances and even tried to go at different times but it’s always the same. All the workers are sitting at the dining tables when you walk in,they ran out of half of the ingredients and your greeted with trash overflowing onto the floor as you walk out.
