We walked in at 4:30 on a Saturday and were the only customers there. One employee was making a pickup order, the other one playing on his phone. After a minute the phone guy told us his coworker would be right with us. Great, thanks. Cheese and guacamole were completely empty and there were no veggies. The assembly area was dirty as well. Disgusting. He gave me mostly fat. And made my entire bowl look like soup. 0 clue what his name is but he needs to be fired.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. The store was disorganized, and simple questions were met with poor attitudes. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store to others.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a well-maintained store with ample parking space. The service can be slow at times, but the staff is friendly. The manager Richard is incredible and provides good service with respect and kindness, handling situations well and making a significant positive impact. This location gets the order right more often than others, though the portion can be a little light on the amount of food. The quality of food and service can be excellent.
