I have never experienced a more joyful Starbucks. Shirley knew customers by name and was very inviting and enthusiastic! She made conversation with my son when ordering his pink cake pop.
I go regularly, they’re kind, courteous, and make a good drink. Had a mistake once, fixed it no problem. I keep going here for a reason

Starbucks Coffee Company in West Haven is considered by many to be one of the best locations. The staff is consistently described as amazing, super friendly, kind, patient, welcoming, and attentive, with a management team that cares about the customer experience. This creates a positive vibe that customers appreciate. The store itself is kept spotless.
However, the service can be very slow, with some customers waiting over 10 or even 20 minutes for drinks like a venti black cold brew, which is disappointing. The drive-thru layout presents challenges, as it faces the busy I-95 highway, making it difficult to hear. The entrance and exit are also very narrow. Despite these issues, its proximity to local areas makes it a regular morning stop for some.
