I went this morning super early and I believe there was only one girl working. She was trying her hardest and was managing drive thru and walk in. I waited a bit, but it was a really good coffee. She wasn’t rude and as soon as she could, I got my coffee.

Used their kiosk to order because that’s what I thought you were supposed to do. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a few donuts; with numerous people coming in after me all getting their orders fulfilled. Nobody paid any attention to the fact I had been waiting so long - they were all too busy chatting and couldn’t be bothered to do their job.

awful. they didn’t put egg in my sandwich, gave me not melted sharp cheddar cheese instead of regular and they were mean and slow.

Has to wait 20 minutes just for a matcha and on top of that I asked for whipped cream and they didn’t give me whipped cream then when I asked for it at the window they threw half my drink out and gave me half whipped cream and half drink with ice i would have asked for a refund but they already made me late

I'M SO GREATFUL FOR THEM BEING OPEN UNTIL 12AM BECAUSE NONE OF THE OTHERS WITHIN MILES INCLUDING THE HIGHWAY REST STOPS GOING NORTH OR SOUTH ON I-95 ARE OPEN THIS LATE. THERE CLOSING AT 8PM SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF 10

I have a handful of Dunkin’s near me, but I always choose to shop at this location. Service is swift, friendly, and accurate. The staff makes this Dunkin my go-to. Rita, Heather, and the rest of the team are personable and pleasant every time. Thank you!

Probably the worst dunkin in the state. They run out of everything and half the time they screw up the order.

The macchiato medium I order at 5:40pm 12/31 was below half full the girl there was so rude girl there was 2 of them but it was the one with the darker hair I didn’t get her name so mad she needs to be fired talking bout that’s how the machine calculates the drinks she don’t see nothing wrong with the machine not even being nice about it was just mean screaming for no reason
