However, the fried food can be old, dry, and refried, while the rice, beans, Pernil, and stew beef are fresh and flavorful. Desserts like brigadeiro and chilled cake are favorites. Some issues include very salty food and unripe fruit at the buffet bar. A major complaint involves payment confusion, where a buffet was quoted as $45 per person but resulted in a much higher charge, with suspicion of being charged for every meat delivery. The restaurant is a little too dim for some, but highly recommended otherwise.
