“I’d like to state first and foremost that my issue was not the workers fault. Today I ordered the 699 meal deal which was available and listed on the app as having that location is participating in. However, due to someone’s error with the SUBWAY® app, they were not actually participating in the deal, even though it let me order it. I noticed that I was charged $10 instead. We got a little heated, as money is very important, but we were able to rectify it. Whoever is in charge of the app and participating deals should take action to correct this asap, as it will cause unnecessary trouble for the workers in the field, who do not need customers yelling at them for something they have no control over. As a fellow retail worker, I’m all to familiar. All In all we both settled down, aplologized, and I left with a yummy sandwich and cookies.“
