On the decline and not impressive at all. More expensive because of Easter but offerings lackluster. No whole smoked salmon as advertised nor were the crepes flambeed with cordial of choice. There was no cordial. And speaking of crepes they were pre made. Shrimp was watery and limp. Carving station meats were dry. We had the the salmon (cooked beautifully with roasted potatoes and asparagus) and the swordfish with risotto. My husband and I both enjoyed our dinners immensely and for dessert we had crème brûlée and gelato.

I've been staying at Water's Edge this week and enjoyed dinner at the Seaview Bistro on Friday for their prime rib special and entertainment. I was thoroughly pleased with both! My Caesar salad was unique, for me at least, in that the anchovies were front and center, placed right on the salad rather than in (or perhaps in addition to being in) the dressing.
