The combination of flavors and the way they are prepared are exceptional. Highlights include the bucheron and the duck duo, which features tender duck breast and pulled duck meat croquettes. The Duck Confit Hash is a standout dish, with nicely crisped potatoes, incredible duck, and savory herb jus, complemented by a sunny duck egg and great cheese, making it full of umami.
