Wow, wow, carvel is NOTHING what it used to be years ago. I purchased one small cake and a round large cake with a 6pack of ice cream sandwiches total of $105. The large cake was pending to be picked up for friday 26th. The small one and the ice cream sandwiches I received that day to blow out the candles for my daughter 11th birthday since it was a Tuesday can't really do much on weekdays. The cake tasted so bad and past due the date. The ice cream sandwiches had a funny taste to it as well. Definitely tasted like they have been sitting in the freezer for months! Plus, it was so expensive. I had to play it safe. I ordered another cake in case the one I picked up on Friday would taste just as bad! Extremely upset never going back. And on top of that it's located on a high end town I would expect more and better!

Came here for ice cream tonight with my family and was beyond disappointed. I didn't know you could screw up the taste of classic carvel chocolate soft serve but boy was I wrong. It was absolutely disgusting and inedible. It tasted of sour chemicals. And the girl working the window was very rude. The prices were way over priced too, $20 for 4 kids sized ice creams, which are the smallest sizes you can get. Absolutely do not recommend.
