The bagels are unmatched: warm, fresh, soft pillow inside, crispy flavorful exterior. Choices of shmears are super fun and change often, so customers are excited to try new flavors. After visiting bagel barn, jbc, bagels king, and other CT bagels spots, none come close to PopUp.
Other bagel shops in the area don’t compare. A first‑time customer was pleasantly surprised by the great service; staff explained options and were kind. This will become a regular breakfast stop. Long‑time supporters of the East Hampton, Palm Beach, and Westport locations praise the bagels, butters, and shmears for tasting out of this world, with customer service matching. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely wonderful, making customers feel like regulars.
The bagels are unbelievably fresh, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor. Staff are amazing, upbeat, and genuinely wonderful. The vibe in the store and the staff are awesome. The shop has turned into a national sensation. Pickle Cream cheese is the greatest invention ever; Scallion is a close second.
Hot and tasty bagels are still hot when delivered, crispy outside, soft inside. A salt bagel with the daily special caramelized onion cream cheese was a party in the mouth. The owner was incredibly nice, loading first‑time visitors with swag and a treat for their pup. 10/10 highly recommend; will be back again.
