I have been here many times and it never disappoints. From the hostess to the waiters to the food. The ambiance is also top notch. The selection of food is fabulous-it's hard to decide just what to get. I ordered duck risotto-so good! The desserts are also so delicious . We had the profiteroles-we should have gotten 2 orders because I enjoyed them so much. Rive is a big favorite of mine. Thanks to everyone who!
What a perfect spot for a frigid day when we knew we would be spending the coming days in our house. The fireplace was going and the hostess, who was very nice, pointed out that sitting by the windows would be colder and she was right; we eventually moved right by the fireplace and that felt so much nicer. The food is great as french food should be. The French Onion soup had a great depth to it with just the right amount of cheese and bread- excellent start that also helped warm...
Always perfect balance of great dishes, warm atmosphere, the best dirty martinis and attentive service. I love that you can actually hear others in your party speak, it's never obnoxiously loud. Favorite restaurant.
