Service via the drive-thru has significantly declined since they reopened after renovations! The male staff like to give a lecture on how they should be given more time between order placement and pickup! My family and I were willing to wait! By chance the line of cars moved fast and so we were at the pickup window sooner than we expected! We don’t need a lecture! The staff need to take deep breaths! “Relax, be pleasant, don’t give lectures to customers! Your supervisors may be giving you orders to speed up - but we, your customers, are not”.

Drive through was very slow (over 15 min between the ordering kiosk to the pick up window). Got a lecture from the person working the drive thru that we did not leave enough time between placing our mobile order and the pick up window but she the proceeded to tell us our drink was ready. Finally got to the window only to learn they were out of the base for my drink. So clearly it was not ready like she said. Very poorly run.

This is the slowest most incompetent Starbucks I have ever been to. They are god awful slow. I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks on a mobile order. Everyone here is terrible at listening to and reading reading drink orders. Get new staff seriously… their drinks also never taste like the drinks anywhere else, like I’m not sure if your pumps are expired or you are too dumb to make the drinks properly. Every time it’s gross and is slow I’ve given them plenty of chances

Worst Starbucks we've ever been to. The "baristas" were loudly arguing about phone batteries instead of taking our order. When we finally got our coffee, it tasted like burnt dirt water. 0/10, do not recommend.PS: if you're out of cake pops, don't leave them out on display.

I’ve been here multiple times. They don’t carry the plastic inserts for the cups anymore. They said it’s by choice. The Norwalk store has them and said that they carry them because they’re a safety feature. I agree. Today, I ordered my drink through the app and waited 15 minutes while the entire drive thru line went through.The app had said that my drink would be ready in 10 minutes.I was told by a snarky woman as she spoke over me that they were behind on drinks. I don’t like being talked over it’s rude.

7/28/23 - 9:15am - 7 employees counted and still took 16 minutes to get an order of two items.The last few times I have been here, it's been ridiculously slow compared to other locations. Some employees here are nice, others(two women) have that " I can't be bothered with working today" attitude.
