Great service! I can’t comment on the food but my usual coffee drink is always prepared quickly and reliably. No complaints thus far - 5 stars.

I was so excited to see a Starbucks in our neighborhood!! I love everything about them. The staff is prompt in getting your order. Very friendly. And they don't go crazy rushing around, they are quick, get your order right first time every time, and the service is 100%. They aim to please!!

This might be the perfect Starbucks. Single user unlocked ungendered bathrooms, lots of seating including a super cozy nook of accessible lounge seating, and my shaken espresso was perfect, not too much milk 🥰
The people that work at this starbuks suck. Takes them 10 minutes just to give me a water and i tipped them, i should get my money back i regret tipping the horrible people at this place.

Visit this location daily; the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Please bring back the old cups and lids! The new eco-friendly cups are terrible!

Service via the drive-thru has significantly declined since they reopened after renovations! The male staff like to give a lecture on how they should be given more time between order placement and pickup! My family and I were willing to wait! By chance the line of cars moved fast and so we were at the pickup window sooner than we expected! We don’t need a lecture! The staff need to take deep breaths! “Relax, be pleasant, don’t give lectures to customers! Your supervisors may be giving you orders to speed up - but we, your customers, are not”.

Drive through was very slow (over 15 min between the ordering kiosk to the pick up window). Got a lecture from the person working the drive thru that we did not leave enough time between placing our mobile order and the pick up window but she the proceeded to tell us our drink was ready. Finally got to the window only to learn they were out of the base for my drink. So clearly it was not ready like she said. Very poorly run.

Nany is excellent! They had her in the drive-through, taking orders via iPad, and she is so personable, friendly and eager to help she is a true asset to Starbucks.

my favorite starbucks! although the Partners are sometimes in chaos and the store could use a better focus on cleanliness, the staff is friendly, smiling and always helpful! I feel a great team spirit :)
