compliments on your excellent sea scallops. Most places including restaurants sell "counterfeit" sea scallops which are generally Mako shark, (almost no fiberosity, very soft, and much worse taste) but Superior Seafood sells the real thing, and they are excellent. Fresh, perfect level of fiberosity, excellent taste. A++. The ones I bought the other day were really outstanding. I cooked them in coconut oil from Stop & Shop which worked out very well, better than butter - nice taste, less greasy, resists burning - excellent. Add salt and a dusting of onion powder, let them brown but don't scorch them - and you will have a seafood dish worthy of the best restaurant in the world. And they are very pleasant there as well. thanks !
