I received the incorrect online to go order. When I called the store to let them know of the mix up they were very apologetic. One staff member, Natalie went above and beyond to make things right by hand delivering the correct order to my job! My sandwich was great and I plan on returning to this location.
I stopped by the Berlin tpke location just before closing at 8pm, the two employees welcomed me in with energy & kindness. great sandwiches!
I go to a few Jersey Mike’s locations, but I have to say this one was the best ever fresh bread great service. I happen to be in the area but I think going forward it’ll be worth the trip. I’m not trying to say anything bad about the other two locations, but the bread seems to always be stale. !
