“Came in today to get a breast and some fries for later. Customer service was great & he got me in and out of there in no time. There wasn't anyone in the store when I got there.
Usually stop here when I load out of Willimantic. Will be back next week after I deliver to Houston and come back this way.

“I ordered a 16 piece. A coworker went to pick up. My order wasn’t there, he was told that someone else accidentally was handed my order. They apologized and remade order-even included a cookie for the trouble. Called back to thank them for making it right!“

“This is the store I order from on a average 3-4 times a week, my order is mostly always the same however tonight I placed a order for my kid and husband and I thought I ordered it correctly but this time I actually didn’t! I forgot to hit the bacon button so I called to have the correct order made and even though I ordered it wrong they remade it and delivered it! They didn’t have to remake it cause Im the one that ordered it wrong but Tim had it remade and had it delivered anyways!! He said Due to the fact I order from them a lot he went above and beyond what Great customer service and service like this keeps a customer returning again and again! Keep up the great work!!“

“Not sure who exactly made my pizza but it said Tony, but whoever it was saw the vision for sure!! I wanted a chicken parm pizza and got the perfect one. The cheesy bread was also incredible!!! Thank you so much, I know it can be hard sometimes to work at a busy store especially near a college campus, you guys are doing great.“
