“I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.“

“When I was recently there, Karley and Merin were very professional with excellent customer service, especially Karley who really went above and beyond. In customer service, especially food industry, AND ESPECIALLY coffe, is extremely difficult these days. So to find employees who you can genuinely care about providing excellent service. Leaving a review, is such a simple and quick gesture that is the least I can do which really goes a long way regarding the employees. I hope more people start doing this to the hard working employees that deserve it. I left similar review on my receipt but also wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve and leave a review on here as well.
