“I stop here weekly on Thursdays in the morning and they are always so sweet and responsive. They make you feel great early in the morning. I always enjoy coming. However I have stopped twice in the afternoon and service is night and day. While it’s empty the lady is rude and dismissive. But in the morning they are super busy and always hustling and smiling at the same time“

“Went thre drive though, they were very rude at the speaker, when I got to the window there was another person there that was actually nice. It took a bit to get my drink and I was th only one in line so I don't understand what the issue was. When I finally got my drink it was made wrong.“
“Had a drink made at another Dunkin in Enfield and it didn’t taste like it should so I stopped at the Scitico Dunkin and explained what happened and asked if they could add more of the strawberry flavor but instead the guy working just remade it for free and it was soooo much better!! Thank you to the staff working when I went. They were all so nice and went above and beyond today. Wish I got their names. It was two males and a female. Thank you (all three of you)“
“I had a great experience at Dunkin’, thanks to Kyle. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about doing a good job. His positive attitude made my visit genuinely pleasant. However, I couldn’t help but notice the manager speaking to him in a way that seemed unnecessarily harsh. Kyle handled it with professionalism, but it was disappointing to see someone so hardworking not being treated with the same respect he gives others. I hope his efforts are recognized—he’s a real asset to the team.“
