The staff at this location simply do not care. Not that I entirely blame them, given how little they are paid. But when their carelessness affects my physical health, it needs to be addressed. Multiple times, I have ordered Decaf coffee from this Dunkin, and been given a caffeinated coffee without being informed. I have a medical condition that leaves my heart racing and chest aching and body trembling from even a small coffee. After only a few sips of today's wrong coffee I can feel my chest ache, and I know it will ache for hours until the caffeine is gone. Staff needs to be aware that getting orders right is a MUST because you never know who could have allergies or medical concerns. Staff are often borderline unfriendly, the place is often a little dirty and shabby, and orders are often wrong. Avoid this place if you can. There are much nicer Dunkins nearby

We placed a mobile order at this Dunkin’ Donuts 15 minutes before arriving, and then waited another 10 minutes at the pickup area with no updates. Since nothing was set out, we moved to the counter to ask. As soon as Denise from the drive-thru came by, I tried to politely ask about the order—but before I could even finish a sentence, she began yelling, “Do you see how busy we are? Do you not get it?” Then she directed a sarcastic question to my friend, asking, “What would you do?”
My friend calmly responded, “I’d tell the customers arriving that I apologize, but I need a moment to catch up on mobile orders.” Denise continued yelling and waving her hands in an aggressive way, saying, “I’m not going there today,” before walking away.
Another employee came over and asked what donuts we wanted. My friend explained the order was placed in the app and had specific selections for a staff meeting. The employee asked us to just list them again, and rather than deal with more confusion, my friend just said, “Never mind, give me a variety.”
I asked for contact information for the owner, and a girl in a white tank top told me, “If you want to get us in trouble, you’ll have to call corporate.” She wasn’t in uniform, and it wasn’t clear if she even worked there. When we went to grab straws, there was only one out. My friend politely asked for another, and while the tank top girl ignored her, a different employee handed her some. Then the tank top girl loudly said, “You know there’s another Dunkin’ Donuts down the road—you don’t have to come back.”
We absolutely will not. Between not receiving what we paid for, being treated rudely and aggressively, and being told not to return, this location is clearly mismanaged and unprofessional. Definitely not representative of the Dunkin’ brand.

Its very hot and these guys are working hard, the woman who served was absolutely done with her job and acted like she was checked out, total attitude and malice. I didnt make a big deal since the weather was meh and it felt like gorillas hot breath was breathing in your face, but being in customer service for over 20 years always be pleasant you will get further with tips and your day will go by faster.

Sunday morning, I was on my way to work and my dog just died. I was so upset and bawling in the drive through. A handsome young man around 16 years old who called himself Jackson Y, was in the window. He asked what was wrong and I cried to him about the whole situation. He took his time to talk and comfort me. He made my order nice and fast and it was great service. Everytime I come back I ask for Jackson Y and we sit and chat about life. He truly gives Dunkin an upbeat persona and truly has a charming personality to win over his costumers. Dunkin runs on Jackson Y

Jackson Y gave me the best service i’ve ever had in my life. I was in a rush on my way to work and all i wanted was an everything bagel with that dunkin cream cheese from the bagel room. he went right there and got it for me and I was in and out of the drive through in under a minute! they even had time to make my drink! Best service ever! Thanks Jackson Y I appreciate you. Dunkin can always make my day better!

Slow(15 minute wait with no one in line), cold food (bagel was just slightly warmed) and the AC doesn't seem to be working so you just gotta stand there sweating waiting for the two bickering employees to figure out what to do. Thursday afternoon crew is not up to snuff.

Came in today and had the most pleasant and smooth time ordering. One of the employees named yother gave me the time I needed to place my order and even when I changed it multiple times, he had patience and stayed with me the entire time. Donuts were good
Explain how I ordered a half dozen donuts and iced chai latte, two refreshers, and 2 bagel bites and load hash browns and how I got a coolata the wrong refresher and no loaded hash browns and zero donuts. They called to make sure they could fix my order when they had things missing and some how missed 6 WHOLE DONUTS???? I reviewed what I payed for on uber eats. I ordered the donuts. I call the number to check if they just forgot and their phone automatically hangs up on me. Do not order delivery for this Dunkin’

This is consistently the worst dunkin donuts. It's gone downhill considerably in the last year. Every single time they make you pull ahead, and they bring the food out to you. Even when there is no one behind in the drive through. Wait times are atrocious, sometimes 20 minutes.They lock the lobby doors and force you to use the drive through. They NEVER get the order correct, even the simple ones. Coffee is usually burnt and gross. They are in desperate need of proper management. I have officially given up and will now drive out of my way to go to the dunkin on the other side of town.
I come to this dunkin every morning before work and the staff and team are wonderful and on top of things. I come here once on a weekend and the two men working are absolutely terrible. I’ve been sitting in a parking spot in front waiting on my food for 15 mins and still haven’t received my food. Not to mention all of the 6 parking spots in the front are full and people are parking on the side of the building waiting for their food. On top of all this 5 people have gotten their food before me. I will never be coming back here except during the week before work. They definitely need a better team for during the day on the weekends.
More times than not a terrible experience here when I stop by on my way to Otis. Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup around 9am. Arrived, went inside and was told store was closed and to go wait in the drive thru. Another recent time stopped by and computers were down. Another time I placed a cold brew order and they only had regular iced coffee. Constantly a hot mess. Do not recommend.
Absolutely love the crew here. They always go above and beyond for customers!
