Look no one is perfect but when you get a customer who wasn't satisfied by their previous visit and you own it fix the issue by retraining your crew and then I come back and y'all nailed it. That's great leadership that's a great crew and all employees should take pride in that. Amazing. No matter the criticism I still was given a warm welcome and a great service with the food made just right

This was a welcome stop on a day trip through northern Connecticut. It was late in the day but they still had an apple fritter that my wife and I split. The two dark roast coffees were really welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service oriented. They deserve a pay on the back and a free donut!

I have been a regular at this Dunkin’ on and off for a couple years as it is on my way to work and I am a coffee ADDICT! I stopped coming earlier this year because it had really gone downhill with what seemed to be staffing issues and overworked employees and a manager that did not care. I started going to the one down the street but they are a million times worse so I decided to give this Dunkin’ another go a few weeks back and I am assuming there is new management with how...
