Not only is the food delicious, but they go above and beyond on customer service. I ordered a party pizza through the "Slice" app. Someone from Door Dash showed up to pick it up, had my name wrong and the order wrong. Not sure what happened, but my order got cancelled. I called Kent pizza to ask what happened and spoke with Katie. She explained the dilemma and said I could still pick up the pizza.
