Felix at Dunkin’ Donuts was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made the experience really pleasant. He greeted customers with a great attitude and made sure everything was done right. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to this location because of the excellent customer service. They truly make a difference!
Depending on who is working will depend on the quality of your coffee and service. For the few employees that care is why I gave them 5 stars.
