“We made the reservation based on reviews from TripAdvisor and we were very happy. The food selections varied between seafood, salads, comfort food and steaks. I am alllergic to dairy and the chef made substutions that allowed me to enjoy the sea scallops over delicious spinach rather than risotto. My steak salad was fresh and the steak pieces were melt in my mouth. My husband had grilled salmon and he said it was one of the best meals he has had.“

Lots of varieties; meats; veggies; pasta; salads; fruit; sides and desserts. Mimosas; champagne and Bloody Mary's were great. Plenty of parking and fast seating. The hostess allowed us to choose any available table. Our Waiter (Junior) was attentive; fast; accurate; professional and funny?. I noticed the Wait staff and Hostess were dressed in uniformity; wearing white shirts and black slacks. HOWEVER; I could not believe my eyes ? when I saw the 2 guys at the carving and omelette station. They were wearing "street" clothes (sweats) and beanies on their heads. They were not dressed in uniforms; or at least wearing aprons and matching caps or a hair net. Thank God they had on gloves. Totally; totally unprofessional and unsanitary. Everything was good up until seeing that; very disappointing.“

“Love this place ! The original Mario’s in the 80’s snd 90’s on State St in Springfield was one of our favorites ever and was so excited to see it reincarnated in East Longmeadow a few years back. It’s taken time to get it right but the food, friendly service and ambience is perfect. It’s full of regulars at the bar , which we love because it’s friendly , you can hear yourself talk , great live music 3 nights a week, Keno, just a fun time. And the dining room is very romantic .For sure our go to place !“
“We ate at De Nardo's on a Saturday evening. I had spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. Both were very generously portioned. We could not eat It all ( I think that my portion was the equivalent of a full box of spaghetti, and a large basket of bread accompanied our meals). Our service was good; our waitress was friendly. There are photographs on the walls and this place has a family vibe. They serve good basic food that is well prepared, it was not busy, we could take our time to eat, and it "hit the spot" on a cold night. This restaurant is a nice choice for evenings when you want to eat a leisurely "comfort food" type Italian dinner. We look forward to returning.“
