Jamaican kitchen Reviews
I’m from the Bahamas and I have lived in South Florida for years. I now live in North Florida and haven’t had the same Jamaican food restaurant taste as I did in South Florida. Why the hell I just pulled up in Windsor Locks Connecticut and saw this place and thought to myself ‘Ain’t no way in the world this gonna be good.’ I was wrong. I got the curry goat and a beef patty. This place is it. 100%. And I never leave comments.
Went to the establishment at 12.00 and ordered 12 wings. Haff you're just ok. The other half was driest and hardest meat I've ever chewed .First time going there. and the girl at the counter was rude as hell. won't be going back
First time there , very excited. All I wanted was 2 beef patties and 6 coco bread. Lady told me would be 5 minutes. Said no problem. After about 10 minutes, man asked me what I was waiting for and told him beef patties, he said ok. 10 people later and about 25 minutes of waiting I left. Was completely forgot about somehow after being asked what I was waiting for. Really?? Just wanted beef patties and coco bread.

Jamaican Kitchen is a beautiful and clean restaurant that serves delicious and fresh Jamaican cuisine. The jerk pork, a popular dish, is cooked to perfection and is often served with cabbage and rice. Recently, the jerk chicken has also gained praise, praised for its phenomenal balance of spice and flavor. The meals are generous, with the medium-sized dinners providing ample leftovers for the next day. The curry goat and beef patty are must-tries, with flavors that impress even those familiar with authentic Jamaican food. Fresh coconut water is available, adding to the delightful experience. The staff is always polite and gracious, even during busy or late hours, contributing to a great lively atmosphere. While seating is limited, the amazing food more than makes up for it. The jerk pork and plantains come highly recommended, with generous portions that keep customers coming back. Overall, Jamaican Kitchen is a great place to try authentic Jamaican flavors, served by friendly and professional staff, including some awesome team members who enhance the dining experience.
