“Big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! However was very disappointed to see paper towels all over the restroom and I personally had to remove them from the floors and thrashed them. The management is not faulty for people throwing way papers all over the place but it is their responsibility to keep the restrooms clean!“

“Great little spot all the way to the rear of the People’s bank Arena and up a set of stairs or the ramp. Plenty of screens and views of the inner arena, clean and well organized- service was excellent. The bookmakers counter/CT Ilottery service was extremely helpful.“

“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“Didn’t catch the names of who was working New Year’s Day pm but service was OUTSTANDING. Bartender to bartender, these guys really kill it and have the best energy. Already recommended it to my local friends and they can’t wait to come in.

“This is the BEST late night spot I’ve ever been to! As someone who is gluten and lactose free, finding foods at a restaurant, let alone a bar is usually difficult. I have never been more impressed with a gluten free menu as I was at this location! On top of a gluten free menu, they have a separate dairy free menu! Both menus are HUGE. GF and DF folks know that usually our food choices are slim pickings. NOPE! Not here! I felt extremely included being able to order the same dishes my friends were ordering just tailored to me. SEVERAL GF bread options available! I’ve never seen so many offered!!!! I travelled two hours to celebrate my friend’s birthday here and would gladly travel that distance again and again. Wonderful atmosphere with fun games! Awesome drinks on top of that. Very clean, fairly large bathroom that was well lit and sufficiently stocked with paper products. Wonderful experience!!“

“I was in town for the weekend and came across this bar. Let me say the hospitality was amazing. I talked to this one security, i forgot his name (big bearded white guy on the second floor ), he gave me recommendations on what other bars were around and ideas on how to spend my time in CT. The bartenders were amazing and the drinks were great. The bathrooms could be a little bit more clean but overall the experience Was great“

“I hosted a college send-off event for my daughter this past Saturday and it was fabulous!

I decided on a drop-in style function where we reserved the seating area that is fully furnished and nicely decorated with a fully equipped bar specific to that location (which served non-alcoholic beverages at my request). This was a small plate function and the food, which is provided by the establishment, was presented extremely well and tasted even better!

The owners, chefs, waitstaff and bartenders were highly professional, handled our family and friends with care and were very accommodating from booking until the actual event.
