Really great coffee spot in Windsor! Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are all 10/10. Highly recommend adding it to anyone’s list of coffee shops to visit!
The Mater Jam sandwich is incredible! I've only been here twice, but both times, everything was superb. Both the chai and matcha are wondeful (no pre-packaged syrups like here!) Atmosphere is relaxing and laid-back. A great addition to Windsor!
My oat milk matcha was perfect. I highly recommend!

The BOP Coffee is a really great coffee spot in Windsor. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are all 10/10. The Mater Jam sandwich is incredible, and the Mater Jam sandwich on sourdough is one of the best sandwiches ever. The chai and matcha are wonderful, with no pre-packaged syrups. The Honey Latte tasted excellent, not too sweet, just right, with very smooth espresso. The latte is good, and the vegan scone was delish. There is an amazing selection of beverages with unique offerings, including many different brewing methods for coffee, such as kaapi and Vietnamese style. A cortado was really flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxing and laid-back. There is inside and outside seating available, with parking behind the building. The inside is very spacious, well-lit and clean. The friendly staff are attentive and super helpful. It is a great addition to Windsor and a great destination for business or social meetings.
