“I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . “Dad's has great food for breakfast or lunch at good prices. The staff is wonderful, making you feel like you're going to your sister's house for a meal. My wife and I drive 25 minutes to get there every Saturday. You won't go wrong eating at Dad's Diner. It's well worth the trip.”

We ordered 1/2 chicken, General Tso, Boneless Spare Rib, chicken wings, beef and broccoli, lo mien, and crab ragoon. Everything was flavorful and generous portions.”
