Food was bad, service was terrible. The calamari was half cooked and the chicken dinner was cold. Still paid a whopping $100 plus tip!

Recently took a date here based on the positive reviews, but we both ended up really disappointed. There was barely any seasoning, the piccata sauce was an oily mess, with no taste of lemon or wine. The risotto was atrocious, either extremely overcooked or made with cheap white rice and again…with very little seasoning. Are the reviewers delusional or was it just a bad night? I’ll be back for a second chance to find out.

We just discovered our favorite local restaurant. I highly recommend Paolo's if you want to feel like you just visited Naples. enjoy.

Excellent friendly service, walking-in without a res on Saturday night. Branzino special, Chicken Milanese, cold seafood appetizer (huge!) and layered eggplant/prosciutto appetizer were all delicious. We’re never disappointed dining here.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, ample parking, roomy interior, restrooms and dining all on ground floor.

I don’t know what is going on with this restaurant. It use to be very good. I ordered Veal Saltinbocca and it was served with red sauce. It’s supposed to have s brownish sauce. Very disappointing -tasted awful.

I had a poor experience here. I work nearby and have driven past this place a lot. I was hoping this might be a potential place I could stop for drinks and a meal once or twice a week after work. Unfortunately this was not to be. I planned to have a few drinks and then order a dinner(I was sitting at the bar). I relayed this information to the owner when I was given a menu. The owner was training a new waitress, fine. I ordered a tap beer which the trainee poured. The trainee wasn't aware that if she tipped the glass there would be less foam, fine. The beer was flat. I had no issue with this. I drank the flat beer. After too long of a wait, I ordered a different tap beer which was also flat. Fine. These things happen. After finishing the second flat beer. I was ignored for approximately 15 minutes. The owner and trainee were attending to the tables. Fine. I see that they are understaffed and busy despite the small size of the restaurant. When the female owner finally acknowledged me, I requested two drinks. I said "I see how busy you are, I'll take a gin and tonic and a glass of Cabernet so you won't have to pay attention to me for a while." The owner stated "That is too many drinks for one person". I ordered a mixed drink because there was obviously a problem with their tap beer and I ordered a glass of red wine because it wasn't going to go cold on me.I had no intention of chugging both drinks simultaneously. I was merely trying to work with them but ended up being labeled as a lush. I finished my mixed drink, waited another 20 minutes and asked for the check. I'll take my alcoholism elsewhere.

Ok, this was my first experience at Paolo and I read great things about it, but I can't say the food (this time) was good. My entre was the stuffed shrimp, but the shrimp we smaller than I expected, and that really wasn't the problem. My issue was how it tasted. The dish was smothered in a mayo based sauce that was just over over powering. It was just their interpretation of stuffed shrimp. What I expected was a buttery, shrimp, and savory stuffing, but unfortunately, it was different. Also, the grilled octopus was not chard enough. I was expecting crispy octopus ends, but instead, it was real chewy, alittle took chewy. If I go back, I'll try something else.

I stumbled across Paolo Ristorante and came in without a reservation. We were still warmly greeted and had a table in short order. All the courses were fantastic and the staff were very sweet and welcoming. We were there until the end of dinner service and had a wonderful time. Paolo Ristorante will be the go-to Italian Restaurant for my Wife and I in the future!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for gluten free diners.

The food was fantastic, but service from the waitress was incredibly slow, especially given there were only 5 tables occupied. Took 10 minutes to get a glass on wine , bread took another 15 minutes. The woman waitress should spend less time BSing with regulars and serve the customers.

Awesome meal. Friendly staff. My husband had the lasagna just as good as the old Italian place that used to be here and the portions just as big. I had a special Chilean Sea bass over risotto with lobster cream sauce. OMG!! SOOOO GOOD!! The bread they serve is great too. Do you know the food has to be good!!! I would recommend it to anybody. Go now before everyone finds this gem and you won't be able to get a table!!Vegetarian options: Prima VeraParking: Lot right next to buildingWheelchair accessibility: No stepsDietary restrictions: Will cook to order
