Nice couple of hours there today on a rainy Sunday. Delicious food, awesome staff!!!!
Always fantastic dishes.. plating is always wonderful. Not only a hidden gem of Woodbridge.. but really all of new haven county.. must try it..
they do tend to lean more towards the adult style menu, not to say kids aren’t welcome.. food options of plain boring burgers, dogs, or fingers just isn’t a strong point.
I love this place to pieces. It was the owners birthday and he kept checking on my party. Very personable. The bartender was also very nice. She was tending to the whole restaurant and still made it her responsibility to continually check on us.

Solun Tapas Bar offers a phenomenal and amazing experience. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, with an owner who is incredibly kind, friendly, and personable. The service is outstanding, with staff like Alex, who is friendly, knows the full menu, and makes the best drinks in town. The bartender is also very nice and attentive. The food is excellent, amazing, and absolutely delicious, with generous portions, bold and authentic flavors, and reasonable prices. Specific meals mentioned include the short rib risotto, the crab cake, the fried calamari, the short ribs, the cheeseburger, and the seafood and meat paella, which comes out on a massive, impressive tray. For drinks, the Sangria is one of the best, and the white sangria is absolutely delicious. The menu is fantastic, full of great options for everyone. Overall, it is a 10/10 experience and a memorable place for celebrations like birthdays, Christmas dinners, or graduation parties.
