Went through at 2:30 in the afternoon through the drive thru on our way to an appointment. Sat in the line for 5 minutes and ordered no problem. Get to the window and it takes them about 12 more minutes to make two drinks. Mind you these were not specialty drinks with any crazy extras literally just straight up ordered what was on the menu as is. Then the attitude the girl at the window gave?? Insane. I’ve worked retail and food, usually just being the average amount of polite and just apologizing for the wait is pretty normal. But looking at me like I was some sort of nightmare customer was wild. I literally never once said anything, didn’t knock on the window like a karen, didn’t say anything to them. Was patient and waited for the drinks but still ended up catching an attitude. Like why are you mad at me because you had to do your job??

Frequent customer at this location, and unfortunately it’s consistently the worst. I ordered two drinks through the app 15 minutes before arriving and still waited an additional 10 minutes in the store. This seems to happen regardless of the time or day. Despite appearing well-staffed, service moves extremely slowly. The drive-thru line was so long that customers came inside to order at the register, yet no one assisted them for quite some time. Those of us picking up mobile orders also experienced significant delays. This location urgently needs an onsite manager to oversee operations and improve workflow.

Here today, Maisie has great manners and energy. Our holiday order turned out to be super easy to follow and great recommendations. Atmosphere is super cozy and friendly for this morning.

Stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes because of their quick efficient service!!! Went inside to check, they were moving slow had 6 employees and none of them were moving as they should.
Stay away from this location or you'll be late for work, game or practice...

Staff is friendly for the most part but that’s about it. I’m one of those everyday Starbucks people and in the last 5 years have 60 locations and over 1000 visits. This place has to be the worst unfortunately. No matter how early I order I’m always waiting and it’s a coin flip on wether my drink will be correct which is just a Caramel macchiato with oatmilk. Very slow regardless of time of day, day of week, or amount of people in store. Hopefully it can be turned around.

I go to this location very frequently. This is by far one of the best locations. The store is always clean, Everything is always fresh. The quality of food and drinks are always a 10 out of 10 and The team are all amazing . But of course it starts from the top, the Management team are just awesome , Jane and Liv are two of the best managers in the business. I love the team at this location

Mobile order takes over 40 minutes to make a coffee. In store takes 20 minutes. What’s Th e point of using mobile order if you have places to be and cannot get quick service coffee?!?!
