Very good pastries here, all made by hand. The elephant ear was particularly good. The almond, and ham and cheese croissants had great flavor but were not as flaky and crisp as I had hoped. The bread looked fantastic - I'll give it a try next time. Very reasonably priced.

Vegetarian options: Most of their baked goods are meatless. Fewer vegan options.

Dietary restrictions: It's a bakery - you know what you're getting yourselves...

The absolute BEST bakery in CT! The only fair and comparable description I could give is that they are on the same level as the best pizza places in New Haven, and I mean the original locations when there was only one establishment.

I stumbled across this on my way to hike at the Mine Hill Preserve — they were minutes from opening and I couldn’t believe my luck! So unexpected and so good! Cannot wait to go back! I suggest… ANYTHING!
