PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. ( READ THIS )God awful. Currently on a trip in Washington DC, ordered mango boba tea because it’s usually my favorite drink at other places. It took forever to make the drink, guy taking my order was insanely blunt and rude. When I got the drink it was foaming out of the straw hole, the tapioca was chewy and separated ( not in a good way. ), and the drink tastes like black tea, milk, and old bananas. The “tea” is thick and sticky.ALSO,, restaurant is insanely unorganized, and the kitchen looks foul from what I could see. Styrofoam cups spilling off the shelves, bread kept out in the open, containers leaning to the side, a few lights dangling from wires on the ceiling.Nothing looks as advertised on the screen menus.workers there not even wearing gloves, hats or hairnets, guy taking my order barely spoke English.I don’t usually complain due to wanting to be a nice person, BUT TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. ?

Great place, hard to find. For those searching For it, it's underground and it's in a food court. Yelp only identifies this place in the area, however there are many place to eat here. Service is great.

Absolutely atrocious. Wateriest coleslaw ever, expensive. Simple sandwich for like 10 bucks. Immediately after consumption of this diabolical sandwich it depleted my mana and pseudoenergy meters. Straight from the chum bucket. Absolutely atrocious.

The Rubin was a huge mistake. More gristle than meat. I inedible.

The food was overall pretty good. But they left the paper on my cheese and I ate most of it.

Despite the reviews, we still came here because we wanted breakfast. There were a couple people ordering at the time but service was fast. The meat lovers was reasonably priced and that along with a sausage egg and cheese sandwich was $15. The workers there were nice and even said good morning. I feel like you don't even hear that anymore. The food looks fresh and was enough to fill us up till later!

Ordered a sandwich for $10.77 and was charged $107.77 on my card! Called and no one will answer to correct this charge.

My wife and I chose this restaurant in the food court and appear to have had a much better experience than some of the other reviewers. We found the people working to be friendly enough and our food was good. My wife had the Reuben Turkey Melt and I had the Constitution Melt. Both were as advertised and we found little to complain about. To be fully honest, they did give me Rye bread, even though I asked for wheat. Fortunately, I like rye bread so there was no harm done, just a little disappointment.

Went for breakfast. It took a long time, but the food came out good.

Eat here! Smithsonian way too expensive, esp. for families! Extensive selection, reasonable cost, good value, delicious, well-filled, dozens of custom sandwiches and other things. Across Constitution street from Smithsonian Natural History, walk thru' driveway at middle of bldg. into Woodrow Wilson Plaza, enter Regan Internat'l Trade, downstairs, lots of other restaurants, lots seats !! closes 13h30.

I should have read the other Yelpers Customer service was fine....I was the only customer in the food court so...no brainier I ordered the Turkey Ruben (rye bread/sauerkraut/thousand island dressing/Swiss cheese) So how we went wrong was there was one slice of Turkey meat That also tasted old It was very unfortunate situation because I do eat out a lot and I also have coworkers that ask for recommendations Won't be returning

Okay so I didn't look at Yelp before I ordered and wish I had. Unfriendly staff who also got the order wrong but with the language barrier it was hard to hear it was wrong when he repeated it. The sandwiches were super lackluster. Like, not even as good as sandwiches you make yourself for lunch at home. 7.29 for an oxidized roast beef sandwiches that was unintentionally ordered. $8.29 for a sandwich with an upgrade of sour dough that had oxidized salami and pastrami. Inedible.
