Larry's is a small ice cream parlour on the lower level of a building. if you arent paying attention, you might miss it. Larry's was a really good find on you trip to DC. They offered several ice cream flavors and the service line moved quickly. Very good option for a quick stop when you need a little refreshment.

A little tricky to find but delicious! It's in the food court of the Reagan building. Go through security then downstairs. Hershey's ice cream is always great and amazing cookies.
