To be able to be defined as Neapolitan, this pizza lacks three fundamental things: the dough (unfortunately when folding it it tends to break a little rather than flex - and in fact the crust and the base are slightly crunchy); the weight of the loaf (it must weigh around 250g - and the one offered will perhaps be 200-210g); the size (the real Neapolitan pizza has a diameter of at least 32-33cm - here perhaps only the plate is 32cm and the pizza fits comfortably inside).

Believe the hype! This place is fantastic! There may be a wait, but it is absolutely worth it. Excellent food and drinks, excellent, service, excellent atmosphere. We had selections from little things, wine bar goodies, salad, pizza, and sweets. Everything is fantastic. Favorites: baked muscles, meatballs, anchovies, bread, zucchini, vongole, Santa Brigida, and lemon sorbet.

While the pizza was slightly underwhelming, I did admire the interior's warmth and the attentiveness of the staff.
If I return, I'd order the rice balls.
