AVIS and Budget parking
Booked on SpotHero which said parking was valid until 11:00pm. Attendant was extremely rude when we entered and said we had to be out of there much earlier. He was upset we prepaid on an app instead of paying cash and spouted some other nonsense I couldn't understand. Avoid this garage.
Absolutely worst experience in a parking facility anywhere. Several vehicles including ours were vandalized/busted out windows. Broken glass and abandoned windows were strewn all through the 2nd and 3rd levels.To add insult to injury, we were all stuck sitting for a literal hour at 2 am, no cars moving. When traffic began flowing we learned that the ticket gate was malfunctioning and a local hero was holding the gate to allow people to exit. The attendant ran in front of our car after approximately 50 cars had left, refusing to allow us to exit even with a pre-paid Spot Hero to have an argument with the only person trying to help the situation.Will never use this facility again. Do not recommend anyone using it if they care about their vehicle safety.

I have been parking here for eight years. Zulu, the manager, is very professional, courteous, and friendly.
Nice guy could not find my card he let me park and bring it back to him no problem swipe and off to the show

Although, they are in the process of renovating the building, this garage is still open. Make sure you get in early. It fills up kind of quick because it is one of the cheapest parking garages in this area. They will park your car, if you ask them, or you can park your own car. All in all, it is a very nice garage. Only drawback is there is no elevator you can use. You have to walk up, which is not bad. The garage is well lit. You can take the stairs to go up, if you would like. The staff is nice. Like I said, they will park your car, all you have to do is ask.

Please BE AWARE that this place STEALS stuff from your vehicle. They went through my vehicle and stole my favorite cologne worth of $150. Advice: AVOID THIS PLACE.
I WISH I COULDVE GIVEN 0 STARS!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! SO UNSAFE TO GET TO THE CAR AND EVEN PAY!!!! I USED SPOTHERO AND STILL HAD TO WAIT TO GET MY TICKET VALIDATED!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GOING BACK AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER PARK HERE
