I had an extremely unpleasant experience. My party was seated for at least 25 minutes before a member from management came by and we asked her about our server. She apologized and said she would send someone our way, the lady was very polite and empathetic. However, another 20 minutes pass and we still have no server. Yet a table that was sat after us was greeted by a server. The lady from management came by again and asked if we’ve been greeted by a server yet and we say no. Finally after a few minutes someone comes by. It takes forever for our server to charge our cards so we can start eating the buffet brunch. After we get our food and are ready for another plate, we ask our server, who we have to reach out to and track down since she didn’t stop by our table at all after giving us the first plate, she asks if we’re ready for dessert. We say yes and also ask for another plate. She takes our order. An hour passes. We still have not been visited by our server. Yet we see her actively engaging and serving the nearby tables. So I ask one of the other employees to get me the manager. The manager comes over and we explain the situation. He apologizes and offers free shots and Togo meals. I’m very appreciative of how he handled the matter. However, the service we received was horrible. I’m not sure what was going on or if maybe today was an off day, but it was a terrible first impression. Intentionally being ignored is not a good experience, especially considering we paid over $80 dollars individually with gratuity automatically included.

Lamp chops were recommended. My sister ordered and she wasn't thrilled. The rice was cold and hard. The Lamo chops were mildly seasoned. I ordered the steak strips. They were somewhat bland, fries were cold. Side salad was decent. Spinach saved the day. And neither one of us were asked how did we want the entree cooked. Waitress was decent. Sat upstairs and the speakers weren't the best. Live band was decent.

Took my nephew and his girlfriend to Air today. They have a preselected menu of which the waffles and eggs for some reason cost extra. They pre-make the plates and bring them to your table with a cafeteria style cover to keep it warm I assume. They charge $100.00 for champagne only (without the juice mixer) after you pay $55.00+ tax and gratuity (20%) for the brunch and bottomless mimosas. The DJ and atmosphere are cool, but the way the brunch is designed speaks of the ownership taking advantage of the culture. I will NEVER return or recommend Air to anyone. DC is the brunch capital, and there are far more very high quality spots to go for brunch. Don’t waste your money or time going. The culture should stay away because yet again we are being taken advantage of.

Never again!! We waited an hour and a half for our first plate. Waited 45 minutes just to get flute glasses for our bottomless mimosas which they only refilled once. Never got any more food or drinks. Saw our waitress about 2 times. This definitely was not worth $. 71.50. TRASH!! Especially trying to celebrate my niece birthday!!!

Inside is nice and the place has a nice vibe. The DJ was cool(went on a Saturday) but I can't help but feel the seating is "off" or not spacious enough.Drinks(2) were decent which set me back at $42(20% included service fee).I wasn't a fan of the food.They have a roaming photographer which was cool.

A definitely go-to on Fridays and Saturdays!
The food at air was not good. The only reason the place is still standing is because the Dj played good music. The food was complete trash. The steak was overcooked, the salmon was dry, the beignets were basically greasy donuts. You're better off going to Park or Creole for brunch. They have the vibes and better food.

I had no complaints.... except one....I can't remember the DJ, but I need him to not have a personal issue with Chris Brown lol. He didn't play not one of his songs.Over all, the atmosphere was great food delicious. Get atmosphere and I have a good time. I will definitely be coming back!
