One of the best ethnic cuisines around. I would definitely nominate them for a Michelin star. Try "Dushbara" soup and "Qutab"s, and for a dessert have a Apricot cake or Pakhlava.
This place is dangerously close to our place and my partner and I are obsessed. The raspberry and apricot cakes are unbelievably good--and I'm not even a fruity dessert gal. The chocolate cake is the best in DC and I'm dying to try the coconut almond one they have, but it's only for special order. Can't wait for the next occasion! Also, the woman who is usually behind the counter is always patient with me as I struggle to make my mind up about which slice to order every time!...read full review
