One of the best meals during our visit to DC...attentive service, delicious pasta entrees and the tiramisu was light and sublime! Highly recommend the meatballs as a wonderful appetizer. An amazing dining experience in Adam's Morgan.

Decent Italian food and wine but you can find much better at similar or lower prices in plenty of places around DC. I likely won't ever go back. The service was as good as you can expect but the food was uninspiring, overly salty, and the mushroom risotto tasted like cheap truffle oil.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night.Overall mediocre. Service was friendly, although slow, which is not surprising given the tiny size of the kitchen. I got the aglio e olio special, but it was totally swimming in oil. The carbonara would have been my choice, but unfortunately it’s made with cream. Wine list is small and underwhelming, but at least some imported options. A good option if you have plans after in AdMo, but don’t go out of your way.

Good Italian restaurant in the heart of Abby Morgan. It was pretty busy, so I would recommend reservations. Service was fine, but the inside is more ni frills with a very small open kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience here after being a regular for a few years now. This has been my go-to place to take friends visiting town. I had a reservation Saturday night for 8:15 pm and waited in the doorway for a table for 45 minutes. They clearly overbooked reservations and all the manager could offer was a glass of wine while we stood there for an indefinite amount of time. All other parties and even walk ins were seated quickly. We ended up just leaving.The food is good, but not good enough to stand and wait for over 45 minutes when you have a reservation! Won’t be returning.

The best Italian food outside of Italy! Have been regular frequent diners for many years. All food - including pasta - is made fresh every day. The service is superb, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Whether dining in or to go the food is consistent and delicious every time. Any day of the year they perform - which is why this is a go to on holidays such as new years - the same consistent menu, quality, and service.
